Dosa mix is a pre-packaged blend of ingredients that allows for quick and easy preparation of South Indian dosas. It typically includes rice flour, urad dal flour, and various spices, sometimes with the addition of baking soda for a lighter texture. To make dosas, the mix is combined with water and sometimes curd, then cooked on a hot griddle.
