Mother’s Recipe Tandoori Paste
In a bowl mix all our Tandoori Barbeque Marinade with 2 -3 tbsp yogurt, 1tsp lime juice & 1tbsp oil.
Add this whisked mixture to chopped 500 gm Chicken Legs or Chicken breast pieces & marinate for 30 mins.
OVEN: Skewer the marinated chicken pieces and roast in preheated oven at 170-200°C for 15-20 mins.
BBQ: Skewer the marinated chicken pieces and place on a bbq until cooked. Baste the chicken skewers with oil or butter occasionally
